Washington Square Park is a New York City landmark.  It's easy to forget the amount of maintenance required to support even the most basic functions or events.  

With budgets stretched thin, the NYC Parks Department is more dependent than ever on outside organizations to provide assistance with:

• Staffing & Security

• Lighting and utilities

• The holiday tree lighting

• The Washington Square Music Festival

With the new architecture of the park, we have both a more beautiful and more costly park to maintain.  Washington Square Park needs you.  Donate to the Washington Square Association to support our efforts and events in the park.
